Youth Members (Ages 8–17)
Overview:
Youth members are the next generation of leaders. They will gain access to life skills workshops, mentorship circles, and community experiences designed to build confidence, independence, and leadership.
Key Benefits:
- Weekly life-skills and mentorship workshops
- Peer mentoring with guidance from young adult members
- Monthly community challenges and activities
- Certificate of completion as a Y2Y Mentor in training
Commitment:
A monthly maintenance fee ensures access to resources, program activities, and mentorship opportunities.
Young Adult Members (Ages 18–24)
Overview:
Young adults in the Founding 25 cohort serve as peer mentors, while continuing to develop their own skills in life navigation, leadership, and community impact.
Key Benefits:
- Weekly mentorship and leadership circles
- Training in teaching, mentoring, and peer support
- Access to exclusive workshops, field experiences, and volunteer opportunities
- Certificate of completion as a fully trained Y2Y Mentor
Commitment:
A monthly maintenance fee supports program resources and hands-on experiences for all members.
Join Our Youth Movement
Youth ll Young is excited to introduce the Founding 25, a select opportunity for the first 25 youth (ages 8–17) and 25 young adults (ages 18–24) to join as our inaugural leadership cohort. These members will be trained, educated, and empowered to become the first certified Y2Y Mentors, helping shape the culture, values, and impact of our organization from the ground up.
The Founding 25 is a limited and exclusive cohort, but it is only one part of the Y2Y community. Youth and young adults can still become Y2Y members and participate in programs even if they are not part of the Founding 25.
