Join Our Community
Youth ll Young offers several levels of engagement so young people can receive support, build community, and grow at a pace that works for them. Each level expands opportunities for mentorship, leadership, and personal development.
Monthly Growth Challenges
Each month, Youth ll Young members can participate in growth-based challenges designed to build life skills, leadership, and community engagement. Members who successfully complete monthly challenges may become eligible to receive a 25% to 50% scholarship applied toward their membership fee for the following month.
Community support helps make these scholarships possible. By supporting Youth ll Young, you help ensure that more youth and young adults can continue participating, growing, and benefiting from mentorship and life skills programming. Join us in helping fund scholarships that keep opportunities accessible for the next generation.
Build Together
The Community level provides a welcoming entry point into Youth ll Young. Participants build connections, engage in group activities, and begin developing important life skills.

Level Up
Tier 1 provides deeper involvement and stronger community connections through increased check-ins, consistent programming, and additional member benefits.

• 24/7 access to the Youth ll Young member community
• Access to workshops and volunteer opportunities
• Custom Youth ll Young merchandise bag
• Monthly challenge scholarships offering 25–50% off the following month's membership
Advance Your Path
Tier 2 focuses on personalized development and expanded opportunities for growth, exploration, and mentorship.
Includes everything in Tier 1, plus:
• Monthly educational or recreational field trip
• Personalized development plan
• Early access to paid volunteer opportunities
• One-on-one mentorship support
• Access to exclusive workshops and skill-building experiences
Lead & Empower
Tier 3 provides the highest level of support, guidance, and leadership development within Youth ll Young.
Includes everything in Tier 1 and Tier 2, plus:
• Life navigation support for school, career, and personal goals
• Advocacy and case management support when needed
• Leadership opportunities within Youth ll Young programs and initiatives
